A Portrait of a Doll
This portrait is about a doll called Leila – my favorite doll when i was a child. All started with my grandmother sewing beautiful dresses, including a fur coat, for her and continued with my grandfather crafting a wardrobe for her unique and stunning wardrobe. I was thrilled by her appearance and loved playing with her, letting her drink tea with the cuddly toys, arguing and making up, having adventures. For the shoot with Leila, I wanted to eilphotograph her as vividly as she had been for me as a child.
